Acceptance
By using idaete.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. “idaete” means the website and services operated by Gaurav Yadav.
What idaete provides
Editorial content across The Codex, Think Better, HumanOS, and Decoded; an optional paid membership (i.Pro); and digital resources (templates, toolkits, eBooks) available to members and, for selected items, by individual purchase.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
i.Pro membership
- Membership pricing, billing period, and inclusions are as shown at checkout.
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled as described at checkout for your region and payment method.
- Member benefits may evolve — we add more often than we remove, and material reductions will be communicated in advance.
Digital purchases
- Resources are delivered digitally to your account’s Library after purchase.
- Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license for your own use — personal or within your own work.
- Reselling, redistributing, or publicly re-hosting purchased resources is not permitted.
Intellectual property
All content on idaete — articles, frameworks, graphics, templates — is owned by idaete or its licensors. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial portions, scraping for datasets, or training commercial AI systems on idaete content requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, circumvent access controls (including i.Pro gating), disrupt service, or use the contact and subscription forms for spam.
Third-party services
Payments, email delivery, and advertising involve third-party providers (SureCart, Brevo, Google Ad Manager). Their services are governed by their own terms; we’re not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Disclaimers
idaete’s content is for general information and thinking practice — it isn’t professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. The site is provided “as is”; we work hard on accuracy and availability but can’t guarantee either at all times.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, idaete isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions: contact us.
